Client:

A young couple with a child, recently relocated to Barcelona. They bought a ruined central apartment and wanted to rebuild it entirely around themselves.

Objective:

To create a calm, restrained neoclassical home with no visual noise. The brief also required advanced engineering and strong acoustic separation between the child’s room and the main living areas.

Solution:

We divided the apartment into quiet and active zones, hid complex engineering inside the architecture, and built a soft neoclassical interior around beige tones, light, and silence.

Architecture:

We got the apartment without a past — the old one was removed before the construction, and we had to tell it all over again.

Sound:

Where the parents' bedroom borders the nursery, we split the common wall in two — and the sound stopped coming through it. The quiet and noisy halves of the apartment live their lives without interfering with each other.

Engineering:

Water undergoes multi—stage filtration and softening, air filtration and ionization; channel conditioning and recovery are calculated before each descent and gap. The design is strung on this invisible frame last.

Comfort:

The house turned out to be quiet and soft , so much so that the cat occupied the main chair in the living room first - and we understand it.
